Sometimes, we are unable to harvest a specific color and we would know about it only the day before. In such circumstances, we will check with you if an alternate color would work. If yes, we will deliver an alternate color and if not, we will process a refund for you.

We deliver fresh flowers direct from the farm, harvested a day before before we deliver. We offer replacement under unforeseen circumstances where flowers are damaged.

No cancellation, return or exchange. Exception: If we are not able to deliver a particular color or a type of flower for reasons not in our control, we offer a full refund OR option to choose an alternate color/flower.
