This cheese is named after a small city called parma in Italy. It is hard granular cheese that is made out unpasteurized milk. Commonly grated over Pastas, soups , risotto and salads.

Note: Good for 2 months from packaging, keep refrigerated. Hard cheese ages with time. No preservatives or wax is added in the making. If at all mold forms over time, it can be scrapped out and still used.
