A popular cheese in Italy, Caciotta has a fresh aromatic taste. The cheese is hand made with the milk of jersey cows fed with natural food. Used in salads, pastas and makes a great combination with Tuscan bread. It typically tastes the best with salami and wine.

Note: Good for 2 months from packaging, keep refrigerated. Hard cheese ages with time. No preservatives or wax is added in the making. If at all mold forms over time, it can be scrapped out and still used.
